Our vendor has identified and resolved the issue they were experiencing. The Bazaarvoice engineering team has confirmed all services have recovered and are now operating normally.

Client Portal users are currently having intermittent issues logging into the Curations and Advertising platforms. Bazaarvoice engineering has identified the issue with our vendor and we are working with our vendor for a resolution.

Our Bazaarvoice engineering team has detected a degradation affecting some Client Portals for users of our Curations and Advertising platforms. This will impact the ability to log into the specific portals.
We are investigating the root cause of this issue.
