Bazaarvoice has restored the missing content, however, it may take up to 24 hours for the data to appear in all areas of function.

The Engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and is taking steps to restore all missing content. Please note that no content has been lost and that all missing content will be fully restored. It appears that the issue started on 2/22/18.
