Our engineering team is continue to monitor the progress on restoring the workbench families.  

We currently expect this to be completed by end of day tomorrow.

Work continues to restore workbench families created between Feb. 23rd and March 1st for a subset of clients.  Families created afterwards should not be affected.  

This work is currently expected to be completed by end of day tomorrow.

Any product families created or updated between 10:00 pm CST on 2/22/18 and 12:46 pm CST on 2/26/18 are affected by this issue.

Bazaarvoice has detected a degradation affecting the 'Manage Families' Tool in the Client Portal. Some clients may see missing products on recently created or modified Product Families. We are currently working toward resolving the issue (656).
