Update
Bazaarvoice has already implemented a fix for the issue and is currently monitoring the situation to verify that the issue has been fully resolved. Updates to cases sent via email replies to automated notifications between March 3rd, 1 pm CST and March 4th, 10 am CST time were not received and cannot be recovered. Clients that received emails bounced back should resend their message. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has implemented a fix for the issue and is currently monitoring the situation to verify that the issue has been fully resolved. Emails/replies that got sent to after March 3rd, 1 pm CST until March 4th, 10 am CST may have failed to deliver. Clients that got their emails bounced back should resend their messages. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue where clients cannot open support tickets, or reply to existing tickets, by using email . A root cause has yet to be determined. Please note, Support Community (https://support.bazaarvoice.com/) system is working and tickets are being successfully open. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
