Bazaarvoice has now deployed for all affected clients who chose not to manually redeploy. This provides the fix to all affected clients and this issue is now being considered as resolved. If you continue to experience any issues, please reach out to Bazaarvoice Support for further assistance.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue with clients who have deployed implementations within the Configuration Hub between August 7, 2020 - September 12, 2020. Clients who have deployed between this time frame are only affected with an error if their code integration utilizes lazy or deferred loading. Clients who lazy or defer load Bazaarvoice can manually redeploy their implementation within the Configuration Hub to resolve. Engineering is working on resolving the issue for those clients who chose to not manually redeploy.

We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
