Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Portal > Insights. As of the time of this post, data is 3 days stale instead of showing the current day's fresh data. A root cause has yet to be determined and the issue is still being investigated. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
