Bazaarvoice Sampling Email Outage

Resolved
Bazaarvoice identified an issue preventing all Bazaarvoice-hosted Sampling portals from sending emails. This affected all Sampling emails, including Campaign Invites, Review Reminders, Ad-Hoc emails, etc. The issue began on May 10th, 2021 at 9.12am CST and was resolved the same day at 12.10pm CST. Bazaarvoice engineering has determined that the emails are not able to be retriggered. As such, we are advising Sampling clients as follows:

For campaigns active during this issue (ie. launched but not yet closed) clients can choose one of these options:
1. Keep the campaign open and invite more members to the campaign via the “Re-Invite Existing Members” feature.
2. Close the campaign and launch a new campaign for all units that were not selected in the original campaign.

For campaigns that were set to send Review Reminders during the issue, clients can consider sending an Ad-Hoc email to all members that have not yet submitted their review requesting them to submit.
