Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause and is currently working on a resolution. Please note, only the product list is impacted by this error where data not loading as expected. Brands, Categories and all other functionality is working as expected. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of the Product Catalog Application found in Portal (Menu > Manage Products > Product Catalog). Currently, product catalog information is not successfully loading data within the application. A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
