Update
Bazaarvoice is working on deploying a solution to resolve the issue with some Instagram Video content not working as expected. Currently, all affected Instagram videos posted in 2020 are resolved and now playable. Affected historical content is currently in the process of being resolved.

Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause of the issue with some Instagram Video content not working as expected and is working on a resolution. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available whichever comes first.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Curations service - some Instagram video content is inaccessible. The Curations team has identified the root cause of the issue and is working on a solution. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available. (970)
