Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause of the Support Communities degradation, and after testing a potential fix on staging, the fix has now been released to production. We expect users should no longer experience issues with the Support Community. If you still encounter any issues, please open a ticket with Bazaarvoice Support.

Bazaarvoice identified an issue that is causing a degradation of the Support Community (support.bazaarvoice.com). As a result, some users can experience slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues while accessing the Salesforce Communities and sites. We also expect this issue may prevent users from seeing their open and historical tickets. Opening new cases and live chat functionality is still up and running.
