Investigating - Bazaarvoice has identified a text encoding issue with some of the content submitted since 2025-03-07. Some of the texts within the content are replaced by 'I&, #39; and other similar text encoding'. We have confirmed that this issue affects both client-generated and consumer-generated content (Ratings and Reviews and Questions and Answers). A root cause is yet to be determined but we are actively investigating the issue. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Investigating - Bazaarvoice has identified an issue causing a data delay in the Portal's Content Management tool for the Cluster 2 clients. Clients can identify which cluster they are on by logging into Portal Hosting Summary section. The content submission and processing of data are not affected. We are currently working to address the delay. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Identified - Bazaarvoice has identified an infrastructure issue causing any reports run between April 7 - April 11, 2025 to have missing data in Portal Reports and Insights applications.

The issue is expected to be resolved by the 12th of April in Reports, and by the 14th of April in Insights.
