Monitoring -
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue with the Portal (https://portal.bazaarvoice.com). Users that were already logged were able to access the Portal until the session expired. Users that were trying to log into the portal were not able to do so for around 37 minutes (4:33am CST to 5:10 am CST).
Bazaarvoice has already identified and resolved the issue but will continue to monitor to ensure no further disruptions occur.
