Investigating - Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of "Access the Support Community" links in Portal. A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

A temporary workaround was created, and clients will be asked to Sign-In again in Support Community using the "Sign In" button.

Identified - Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a delay in Data export feeds delivery, Product catalog, Portal Ratings& Reviews dashboard, Review submission, Connections, and Reporting for all C3 cluster clients.

Clients can identify which cluster they are on by logging into their Workbench and looking at the URL which will start with "https://workbench-" followed by the cluster number.
