Investigating

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that has caused a partial outage of submission for some of our clients. The issue began December 20th, 2022, 18:35 CST, and lasted approximately 50 mins.
Our engineering teams deployed a fix for the issue and are currently monitoring the situation to verify that the issue has been fully resolved. We are unable to recover the data that was not collected during the of the incident.

We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
