Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of content loading within the Workbench for some clients. Clients may experience long load times or unable to see content when navigating to Content > Ratings & Reviews or Content > Questions & Answers. Please note, this is not affecting content display on your site.
Affected clients are those who are on our "c3" cluster. Clients can identify which cluster they are on by logging into their workbench and looking at the URL which will start with "https://workbench
-" followed by the cluster number.
A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
