Bazaarvoice has identified an issue with clients who have deployed implementations within the Configuration Hub between August 7, 2020 - September 12, 2020. Clients who have deployed between this time frame are only affected with an error if their code integration utilizes lazy or deferred loading. Clients who lazy or defer load Bazaarvoice can manually redeploy their implementation within the Configuration Hub to resolve. Engineering is working on resolving the issue for those clients who chose to not manually redeploy.
We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
