Scheduled - To ensure the most secure experience for clients in our legacy platform and their end-users, we will no longer be supporting Transport Layer Security versions 1.0 and 1.1 starting on June 30, 2019. This is in compliance with the deprecation set forth by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Major browsers are in the process of discontinuing support for these versions as described in this article.
For this deprecation, no action will be required on your part. Bazaarvoice will handle the migration, which will be executed in batches from June 17 until June 24. We do not expect any downtime. Any issues will likely occur in older browser versions (older than 3 years old). Please review the Bazaarvoice browser support policy in our knowledge base. If you experience issues, please contact Bazaarvoice Support.
