Bazaarvoice identified an issue earlier today that may have caused temporary connectivity problems for some services. Our Engineering team has already rolled back the change that caused it, and service has been restored. We're continuing to monitor closely over the next few hours to confirm everything remains stable.

Bazaarvoice has detected an issue affecting hosted zones we added today which could be causing issues for split-horizon DNS URLs, Our Platform Engineering have rolled backed new hosted zones, DNS resolution now working again across multiple services. we will be monitoring the issue for the next hours and make sure the issue is totally resolved.
