Bazaarvoice has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Clients should now be able to post twitter posts properly. Any failed posts made during the outage will need to be rescheduled. This is the final update.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing an outage of Twitter post publishing on Social Commerce. A root cause has been identified and we are working on a resolution. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
