Monitoring
Bazaarvoice has successfully cleared the backlogs for Email notifications in both the EU and US regions, the email sending process has now resumed to its normalcy.
Our dedicated team continues to work diligently on the resolution, and as an additional measure to ensure the utmost reliability, we have decided to conduct one more day of rigorous QA testing. This will allow us to verify the fix thoroughly before deploying it to the production environment.
