Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation in the performance of the Portal Insight Dashboard. Currently, the Insight Dashboard is experiencing data staleness, causing a 2-day delay of the latest data. The root cause has been identified and Bazaarvoice is working on a resolution. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
