Meta has identified the root cause of the issue and is working on a resolution. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
In the meantime the following functions are unaffected;
Posting of single videos
Posting of video reels
Reschedule old posts that failed during Nov 10 - Nov 13

Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing degradation on our Social Commerce platform, specifically Instagram. During this degradation which started Nov. 10, video feed posts scheduled to be published on Instagram may fail. A root cause has yet to be determined, but Meta is aware of the issue and currently investigating it. Also, Instagram stories and Reels are not affected.
We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
