Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing delays in content moderation processing. Freshly submitted reviews and questions are successfully received, but may take longer than usual to be moderated. As a result, new content may be delayed in becoming visible on your site(s) or in syndication. Existing content that is already live is not affected.
Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore normal processing times. We will provide an update at the time designated below, or sooner if new information becomes available.
