Bazaarvoice has implemented a fix for the issue and is currently monitoring the situation to verify that the issue has been fully resolved. At this time we expect full Catalog API and applications are restored to full service functionality. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Update
Bazaarvoice has confirmed that the partial outage of the Catalog API is now affecting EU and US regions, which is causing a degradation of all Bazaarvoice Portal Apps using Catalog Data. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
