Bazaarvoice has successfully completed running all backfill reporting jobs. All new reports are processing as expected. We will continue to monitor.

Monitoring
Bazaarvoice has restored reporting service and we have confirmed new reports can complete successfully. The fix is now being monitored.

We are working on rerunning the backlog. Expected completion of backlog fill is end of day tomorrow. (Wed, Jan 17th)

Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a partial outage of services for reporting. This does not impact regularly scheduled reports. A root cause has yet to be determined.
