Update
Bazaarvoice has confirmed that scheduling for Twitter and all available Twitter analytics should be fully operational once Social Commerce clients have reconnected their Twitter accounts. Please be aware that due to new limitations of the Twitter API, the analytics within the Social Commerce portal's Social > Twitter > Engagement will be deprecated.

Accordingly, this issue is now being considered resolved and this incident is closing. This is the final update.

Social Commerce users should now be able to (re)connect Twitter accounts. Once this is completed, scheduling posts for Twitter should be available. Please note Bazaarvoice is continuing to investigate the issue with analytics for Twitter content and will advise when that is resolved as well.

Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing degradation of the Twitter App for Social Commerce. This is causing difficulties with connecting to Twitter, publishing Twitter posts, and collecting new Twitter analytics. Please note that only Social Commerce clients are affected.

We are currently investigating this issue and will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
