Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Portal Reports. While new reports can be created, any reports that have not already generated are expected to experience significant delays. A root cause has yet to be determined, however Bazaarvoice is taking actions to mitigate the issue. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
