Bazaarvoice has identified and resolved an issue that impacted the Workbench access for clients on cluster c3 (when logged into workbench, your cluster will be visible in your browser's URL bar). Please note that this event only caused a temporary disruption where the client couldn’t access the Workbench platform. No data was lost during this period of degradation.
