Monitoring

Bazaarvoice has taken steps to address the workbench degradation and C1 clients should now be able to access the workbench. We are continuing to monitor to ensure the issue is and will remain fully resolved. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Investigating

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of the Workbench portal for clients on our c1 server cluster. Affected clients will not be able to access the workbench, impacting the ability to manage R&R and Q&A content (view, respond to, add notes to, etc.). Clients on c1 may also experience these content management issues via the Response API, which may impact 3rd party extensions (ex. Sprinklr). When accessing the workbench, the browser URL will include c1, c2, c3, etc. - only the subset of clients who see c1 are impacted.

A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
