Bazaarvoice has resolved the issue that was causing users to be unable to login to Portal via SSO. Root cause was determined to be a recent upgrade in production. Incident is now resolved. Additional logging features have now been created in order to alert Bazaarvoice Engineering to prevent this behavior from recurring in the future.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing users to be unable to login to Portal via SSO. We are currently working to address the issue. Current recommendation is for end users to leave small delays between login attempts via SSO until the next update is provided.
