Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Social Commerce PDF reporting.
We are experiencing an outage with the screen-capture service causing Social Commerce PDF downloads to fail. This impacts all social commerce clients. A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
