All new Instagram content collected after November 26th has been moderated and displayed as expected, per defined content and display rules.

Following the Facebook API guidelines, Bazaarvoice was able to recover most of the @mention and a limited amount of the most recent @user tagged content that was collected prior to October 21st when the outage began. Due to the limitations of the media we can refresh from Instagram, only #hashtag content collected and approved after November 26th is displayable.

Displays have been optimized to only show valid images, filtering out expired or broken content that could not be recovered. While some broken content may still be present in your Curations portal, this content will not flow to your live Curations display. To ensure your Curations display is fully populated, continue approving new content and consider leveraging your own brand content.

As previously posted, the root cause of the issue was resolved and as of November 26th, Instagram content was being collected and will be displayed (if properly approved) in accordance with defined display rules.

Bazaarvoice is continuing to investigate the recovery of content collected before October 21 and will provide an update as soon as new information becomes available. If you are still experiencing display issues such as broken links or missing displays, please submit a support case so we can provide additional assistance.

Bazaarvoice has fully resolved the issue that affected the collection and display of Instagram content and all new content is being collected and processed properly.

Please note however that some content that was collected prior to October 21 is not available at this time.  We are continuing to investigate the recovery of this content and will provide an update when new information becomes available.

The root cause of the issue that impacted collection of Instagram content and the Curations API was resolved on November 21 however this functionality is still not working as expected. We have communicated this issue to Facebook and are awaiting their response.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Curations. Instagram content is not being collected since Oct 21, 2020 at 5:00 PM CST. A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
