Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Fanreel App. This issue prevents end users from uploading media directly from their Facebook and Instagram accounts to the clients' galleries. Previous content in the galleries is not affected and is still visible. A root cause has yet to be determined, but we have swiftly informed Meta of the situation.

Please note that this issue does not affect other parts of the Social Commerce platform including Facebook-related systems within the Portal. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
