Update

Bazaarvoice is currently investigating a technical issue affecting Portal Alerts that specifically use Moderation Status filters. While these event-triggered notifications are currently failing to send, all other alert types - including those for Content, Products, and Product Feeds - remain fully operational.

Our engineering team has identified the root cause and is currently working on a fix. We will provide a further update at the time noted below or as soon as more information is available.

Bazaarvoice has identified a failure of event-triggered Portal Alerts that have a Moderation Status selection. Other alerts with Content, Products, or Product Feed selections remain operational.

A root cause has been determined and a solution is in progress. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
