Bazaarvoice has successfully completed the delivery of feeds for August 5th.
Regarding August 6th:
- Both the US export and SEO export feeds have been successfully delivered. - Anticipated delivery time for the EU export feeds is approximately 7 hours from now.
For August 7th:
-The US export process is currently underway, with an estimated feed delivery time of around 4 more hours. - EU export feeds are set to be delivered mainly on the morning of August 9th CST. - The delivery of SEO feeds has already been accomplished.
We continue investigating and monitoring the issue and we will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Identified
Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause of the Feed delivery delay and is currently working on a resolution.
Exports and SEO clusters are functioning optimally, and we anticipate the feeds for the 5th of August to be delivered within the next 6+ hours. Regarding the Feeds of the 6th of August, we expect them to be delivered by August 8th.
We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
