Bazaarvoice is continuing to monitor the situation to verify that the issue has been fully resolved. Presently, we are not seeing any delays in feed delivery and everything is proceeding on-schedule. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

All feeds (US, EU, & SEO) have been generated & delivered for Sept. 18th at this time. Although delays are not expected for feeds on subsequent days, Bazaarvoice will keep this incident open for monitoring. More info will be provided as it becomes available or by the next update time listed below.

Bazaarvoice has taken steps to resolve issues with feed exports delivery. All feeds (US, EU, & SEO) have been generated & delivered for Sept. 16th and Sept. 17th at this time. Some feeds for Sept. 18th may be delayed and Bazaarvoice is working to ensure these are completed as quickly as possible. More info will be provided as it becomes available or by the next update time listed below.
