Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified a degradation of content processing impacting clients on Cluster 4 in the US region. Users are able to submit content, but content processing is delayed up to 24 hours. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
Note: Clients can identify which cluster they are on by navigating to the Portal > Hosting Summary section.
