Bazaarvoice engineering has now confirmed this issue is fully resolved. Due to a limitation of the Facebook Graph API, there will be some hashtag content from during this outage that will not be recoverable. Mentioned and tagged content has been fully recovered.

Monitoring
The issue has been fixed by Instagram and Facebook on April 26th at 7:00 pm CST.

The Facebook Graph API suffered an outage that affected the ability for Curalate to retrieve content from Instagram. A fix was deployed by the Facebook & Instagram team.
We are currently monitoring our systems to ensure that the issue has been fully resolved. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing issues for the new UGC content to be ingested. Brand-owned content is still being updated and new brand-owned posts are being ingested. We have identified the root cause of the issue and we’re working on a resolution. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
