Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing an outage for new Facebook or Instagram connections through the Social Commerce platform. Existing connections are not affected. Meta is actively working to address this issue and is tracking the issue on (https://metastatus.com/facebook-login). Bazaarvoice is continuing to work with Meta towards a resolution of this issue. Additional information will be provided here as it becomes available or by the time below.
