Meta has resolved the root cause of this issue and Bazaarvoice has now restored the temporarily-removed Reach metric within the BV Portal > Social Commerce > Social > Facebook | Summary section. Bazaarvoice will continue to monitor over the coming days to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Bazaarvoice is continuing to work with Meta to resolve an issue with Facebook Insights causing stale data in the "Reach" metric within the Social Commerce portal, which has been removed from Social Commerce in the meantime.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue with Facebook Insights causing stale data in the "Reach" metric within the Social Commerce portal. BV Engineering has removed the affected component for the time being. Meta is aware of the issue and is working to resolve.
