Bazaarvoice has identified an issue affecting all clients that is causing a delay in newly submitted content across Portal Ratings & Reviews, Insights, Reports, and Syndication.
Our engineering team has identified the root cause and is actively working to restore the functionality. We will provide an update at the time designated below, or sooner if new information becomes available.
