Bazaarvoice identified an issue preventing clients from accessing or using Bazaarvoice’s Portal > Reports functionality. The issue began Oct. 13 at 2.15am CST and was resolved by 7.45am CST the same day. We do not expect this issue to recur. If you have any remaining concerns about Portal > Reports access/functionality, please open a Bazaarvoice Support Ticket.
