At this time, Reports functionality appears to be fully resolved. Both on-demand reports and scheduled reports (new and old) should be successfully running. For caution, we will continue to monitor for an additional day to ensure no issues have been missed.

Bazaarvoice has identified the root cause of the portal reporting issue and actions are currently underway to restore full functionality. At this time, on-demand reports should now be running successfully. We are migrating the scheduled reports jobs; some are already running while others may take an additional couple of days. This thread will be updated as new information becomes available.
