Monitoring
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that caused a degradation of the Review Response API. The issue caused connections API calls to be redirected to the portal. A root cause has yet to be determined but a resolution has been implemented and is being monitored while we continue to investigate the cause of the issue. Those who have lost access to the connections portal are advised to clear their browser cache and cookies.

We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
