Bazaarvoice has implemented a fix for the Portal login issues. All users should now be able to access Portal. Users still having issues should clear browser cookies/cache and try again. Please reach out to Bazaarvoice Support if issues persist. Bulk feeds are expected to be delivered within SLA. Bazaarvoice is continuing to monitor and will work to ensure the same root cause does not recur.

Identified
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue with Portal (https://portal.bazaarvoice.com/) beginning at ~9.05am CST, impacting access to all services linked within. Users that are already logged in may be able to access the portal until the session expires. Users that are currently trying to log into the portal won't be able to do so. We anticipate that Portal > Manage Content will have a temporary data recency issue but no data loss is expected. Delivery of bulk feeds (Standard Client Feed, Ratings Feed, Displayable Content Export) will likely be delayed.
Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
