Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that had caused a degradation of Conversations API response times early this morning, starting at 5:00am CST. Services have been restored and no further degradation is expected. However, a root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
