Investigating

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue affecting Portal reports. Clients using the Connections reporting templates may see stale data in on-demand reports, and scheduled reports for those templates aren't being sent. All regions are affected. Bazaarvoice engineers have identified the root cause of the issue and are working on a fix.
