Bazaarvoice has restored lost photo galleries for most clients in the Social Commerce Portal. The ability to create new galleries in the Portal has already been reenabled.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue with Social Commerce that is preventing users from creating new galleries.
A root cause has yet to be determined and Bazaarvoice is working on recovering old galleries and fixing gallery creation. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
