Bazaarvoice is currently addressing an issue affecting all clients that was causing a degradation of the Export Feeds generation process as well as Portal Reports and Insights that utilize Network (syndication) data, specifically, data from April 25th to April 30th. Full recovery of this Portal Reports/Insights data is expected on/by the 2nd of May.
For the Feed Exports:
Incremental & Full Standard Client Feeds: Both will be delivered as Full Feeds (containing all data). DCE: A Full Feed will be generated. Other Feeds: No behavioral changes.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue affecting all clients that is causing a degradation of the Export Feeds generation process. The following feed types are affected:
April 25th - 28th's missing data will be delivered within April 29th's feeds. April 29th's feeds will have the following behavioral changes:
* Incremental Standard Client Feed: will be delivered as a Full Standard Client Feed (containing all data). * Incremental DCE Feeds: will be delivered as Full DCE Feeds. * Other Feeds: No behavioural changes.
Expected Delivery Timelines of feeds affected by the issue (UTC):
* April 30, 10:30PM UTC – April 29th's Feeds are expected to be delivered. * May 1, 9:30AM UTC – April 30th's Feeds are expected to be delivered. * Feeds for May 1st and beyond are expected to be delivered on the regular schedule.
Additionally, it was discovered that Portal Reports and Insights that utilize Network (syndication) data are also affected, specifically, network data from April 25th to April 30th. Any Insights dashboards containing Network data for this time frame may reflect inaccurate values due to the missing Network data. Full recovery of this data is expected on the 2nd of May.
