Monitoring

Bazaarvoice has rolled out a fix for the issue, and Support Portal (https://portal.bazaarvoice.com/) is now operational again. We are still working on identifying the root cause of the issue, and will continue monitoring the situation to ensure no further disruptions occur. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue with the support portal (https://portal.bazaarvoice.com/). Users that are already logged in may be able to access the portal until the session expires. Users that are currently trying to log into the portal won't be able to do so. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
