Bazaarvoice has identified and resolved an issue that was causing a degradation of Social Commerce Influencers for Facebook and Instagram specifically. No data was lost and we do not expect this issue to recur. For a small subset of clients, posts scheduled during the hour this occurred may have seen the posts fail. These are now available to be rescheduled at our client's discretion. We do not expect any other impacts.
