Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of Workbench Alerts. When an alert is received, the re-direct link leads the user to the BV Portal homepage, instead of the specific review the alert was delivered for.
A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
