Bazaarvoice has implemented a fix for this issue. The Insight - Network Summary functionality is now restored. Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of the Bazaarvoice Portal Insight Platform. The Insight - Network Summary Tab is currently not working and a root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
