Bazaarvoice will be performing scheduled maintenance from 5.30am UTC - 8.30am UTC for clients on our server cluster C1 (clients who can access Portal > Workbench can identify cluster within the browser URL shown from within the Workbench). During this time, clients may notice production impacts in Portal (Manage Content and Catalog), Workbench, and Connections. This may include inability to submit content (e.g. Client Response), modify content (e.g. moderation), manage contributors/badges, or access the relevant portal. In other cases, clients may notice delays in publishing or stale UGC data during this timeframe. Functionality will be restored at the end of the maintenance window.
