Bazaarvoice has confirmed that the Monitoring Tools app is now reflecting incoming transactions. All data missed during the duration has been successfully backfilled. This issue is now considered fully resolved. If you have any remaining concerns, please reach out to Bazaarvoice Support.

Bazaarvoice is continuing to investigate the stale data in Portal > Monitoring Tools. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Investigating
Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of the Monitoring Tools app within BV Portal, causing data staleness. Although new transaction data is not appearing, it is still being successfully collected by Bazaarvoice. A root cause has yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
